The Regional Assessment and Resource Centre at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario has created a guide for students with disabilities who are interested in going on to post-secondary education. The guide is a way for students with disabilities to arm themselves with knowledge they need to access resources at college and university to make a successful transition from secondary to post-secondary school.
